1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Order Placed (Pending): Yes — Instant Full Refund within 24 hours
• Order Confirmed / Processing: Yes — Within 2 hours (Full Refund within 3-5 days)
• Packed / Ready to Ship: Limited — Contact Support (Full Refund if approved)
• Shipped / Out for Delivery: No — Refuse delivery instead (Refund after return received)
• Delivered: No — Raise Return Request As per Return Policy

How to Cancel: Go to My Orders → Select Order → Click "Cancel Order" OR contact us at support@circutech.co.in / +91-9217656981 with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation by CircuTech Marketplace

In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to:

• Product out of stock or discontinued
• Pricing or listing errors on the website
• Suspected fraudulent transaction
• Delivery not available to your location
• Payment verification failure

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days and an email notification explaining the reason.

3. Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Item must be in original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
• Customized or personalized products

5. How to Return — Step by Step

1. Raise Request: Go to My Orders and click "Return" on the item
2. We Confirm: Our team reviews and approves within 24 hours
3. Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
4. Get Refund: Refund processed within 5-7 business days

6. Refund Policy

Once your return or cancellation is processed, refunds are issued as follows:

• Return / Cancellation Received: We receive and verify your request
• Inspection (1-2 days): Quality check for returns; verification for cancellations
• Refund Approved: You receive email confirmation of refund approval
• Refund Processed (3-7 days): Amount credited to original payment method

Refund Methods:

• Online Payment (UPI/Card/Net Banking): Refund to original account within 5-7 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
• Cancelled Orders (before shipping): Refund within 24-48 hours
• Store Credit: Instant credit to your CircuTech Marketplace wallet (optional)

7. Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges on all clothing items. To exchange:

• Contact us within 15 days of delivery
• Item must be in original, unworn condition with tags
• Exchange is subject to availability of the desired size/color
• If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Free Size Exchange: We cover the shipping cost for size exchanges on your first exchange per order.

8. Return Shipping

• Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping 100%
• Size/Fit Issue: Customer bears return shipping cost (₹50-100)
• Change of Mind: Customer bears return shipping cost

Please use a trackable shipping service for returns. CircuTech Marketplace is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
